Exchanges
Products can only be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp at +44 7520 637480.
If you want to exchange for another size or model, notify us first, then send the product back. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the box and all accompanying items.
Exchanges are not possible for used products. The company reserves the right to determine if a product has been used.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the shipment has not been dispatched.
